Who needs a ticket for entry? Anyone age 2 and above
Can I bring in food/drinks? Outside food and drinks are not allowed, however we have many concession options
What is the bag policy? Please see prohibited items and A-Z guide for specific information See Bag Policy
Can I bring in a diaper bag or medication bag? Yes, all bags are subject to searching
Is smoking allowed? University of Louisville is a smoke free campus, which includes all athletic facilities. E-Cigarettes and vaping are also not allowed.
Where can I park? Spaces around the stadium are pre-sold to season ticket holders, there are numerous cash lots surrounding the stadium and at Kentucky Exposition Center.
What time can I tailgate or park? In Platinum S, Sun Tan City Bronze, and Planet Fitness Purple Lots, gates open 3 hours prior to kickoff.
What time do parking lots close? Parking lots close immediately after night games, 1 ½ hour after afternoon games
What time can I enter the stadium? Gates open 1 ½ hour prior to kick off
Can I leave and reenter? No, once your ticket is scanned, you may not reenter with the same ticket
Are umbrellas allowed? No, please see A-Z guide for complete list of prohibited items
Can I wish someone Happy Birthday/Anniversary, etc on the video board? Announcements are available if scheduled in advance. Please go to gocards.com for more information. We cannot accommodate requests on game day. Videoboard Message Request Form
Can I bring in a stroller? No, due to keeping isles clear and no storage area, strollers are not allowed.
Can I bring in binoculars? Binoculars are allowed, however the bags are not.
Are there breastfeeding rooms? There are spaces in some of our customer relations booths
Do the concession stands accept credit cards? Yes
Can I bring my service animal? Yes
What if I get to the gate and I have a prohibited item or my bag is too large? We have a rental locker system in place in front of gate 2A
Do you have ATM’S on site? Yes, they are located by sections 102, 112, 126, 246, 312
Do I have to enter a specific gate? No, your ticket will state the closest gate to your seat, however, you can get to your seat via any gate
Is there standing room only available? No, all patrons must purchase a seat
Where can I park if I am handicapped? Handicap parking is available at the Floyd Street Garage, 2126 S. Floyd St, Louisville, KY 40208. A shuttle is available to transport patrons from the garage to L&N Stadium
